As can be seen in photograph 1a and 1b, a good visual example of our technologies benefits on this 5 star hotel boiler in Indonesia, which was caked with carbon deposits significantly reducing efficiency. Our technologies were installed on this boiler and 48 hours later another photograph was taken which clearly shows the carbon deposits removed. Over many months of use and recorded by the hotels engineer/maintenance director a 20%+ HSD fuel & efficiency improvement was documented.

The photo of a TUG boat clearly shows the reduction in emissions comparing the port and starboard engine exhausts running at the same rpm. The reduction in exhaust emissions is a clear indication of improved combustion which after testing resulted in more power, improved fuel economy, emission reductions and smoother running engines.

Whilst FTG technologies save fuel and improve combustion in any hydrocarbon fueled engine, turbine, boiler or furnace applications, there are other commercial and cost saving benefits to be understood including extended engine life and reduced maintenance costs. The photo below shows the comparison between emissions after the Catalyst was fitted. Whilst there is still light smoke visible from the engine fitted with the Catalyst, the difference is self evident with around 90%+ improvement.
