For a limited time PT. FTG Indonesia is extending it’s “Share Benefit Program” which has been introduced to government power utilities and will now offer the same program to approved private corporations for their industrial machinery.
FTG will install our technologies at no cost to suitable private corporations and share the benefits of the fuel savings. The End User, will benefit in fuel savings, extended engine/machinery operational life, reduced maintenance costs, reduced harmful emissions and a number of other benefits without having to outlay any expenses whatsoever.
Generally our “Share Benefit Program” will target industrial static machinery such as generators, boilers, furnaces, turbines, etc. Ships and ferries can be considered under certain conditions. Accurate fuel records will be required as part of the baseline record assessment going back over a 12 month period.
A site inspection will be undertaken to collect relevant data and to assess the requirements for equipment installation. Factors such as fuel type, what load the machinery is operating under, how many hours of operation per day, fuel flow per hour, type and condition of equipment are considered before FTG can assess suitability for inclusion in the FTG “Share Benefit Program”.
FTG, engineers will work with your management team and company engineers to ensure a smooth flow and clear information/communication channels are provided.
Based on our assessment and the needs of a particular site installation the FTG “Total Energy System” will be manufactured specifically for the requirements on site. A period of 4 - 6 weeks may be required for manufacturing purposes or depending on the requirement, installation could be undertaken within 7 day’s or less.
The system and fuel by-pass will be manufactured and made ready for installation whereby minimum installation time will be required during none operational hours or during usual scheduled maintenance of your company’s machinery. Alternatively if back up systems are in place they could be used during installation. There will not be a requirement to stop operations specifically for system placement/ installation. Depending on the installation requirement the time taken is usually between 2 and 4 hours for large scale equipment.
A contractual agreement will be entered between FTG and the Company/ government department, with a leasing fee for operational technology systems and management, based on the fuel saving obtained after a running in period of between 1 to 2 weeks. FTG staff will maintain the system as required ensuring optimum operational performance during the course of the agreement. Staff may need to visit on a daily basis or weekly depending on specific site requirements.
